Word Up

Today we retouched on how to create different text effects and styles. I used many styles in this tutorial like pinching, waves and drop shadows to create cool and unusual text. I was happy with the way it turned out and thought this was an easy but helpful tutorial.

                                     Dollifer Pabbit

What would Jennifer Rabbit and Dolly Parton look like together, well wonder no more because here she is in the flesh. to create this washed up movie star, i used the liquefied tool, the color/ hue adjustment tool. some cropping and transformed some body parts. The hardest tool to use was the liquefied tool because its hard moving and re-sizing different part without messing other places up. if i were to do this project again i would like it if we had pre chosen characters and people that are easy to work with. at the end i was very happy how it turned out because you can tell who i was trying to make out of Dolly Parton.

                              Retouching The X-Chromosone

Retouching the x chromosone was a series of average women and photoshop until they look like their perfect counterparts. These toturials were a huge time consuming project with patching anf croping and fixing all the imperfections. i feel that they turned out better than their original pictures and the work i put into all of them shows my dedication intothese pieces of art.

Aisha 2.0

This is an example of major media creating unachivable beuaty. i had to use liquified, patching, resizing and burn tool to create a better Aisha. the liqified tool didnt work as well as i wanted it too but at the end she turned out ok. The whole project turned out pretty good. i would do this againi would change the picture that doesnt have a bunch of lines and writting.

Walking Freedom
A never ending walk for freedom, performed by none other than Hawk Heffner, is one of the most patriotic things i can think of. animating mr hawk was a challenge, i had to draw for identical motions so i could animate the fella, then i used the blur and threshold tools to make it colorful

Banana Split

This was a simple tutorial on duplicating and using the gradient tool to create a mirror illusion. I took my time trying to make the edges of the banana smooth and realistic. The final  product is good because i know im going to use this trick in future projects.

Frogator...Alligatrog....Aphitile?
This is a great example of inter species breeding of a frog and an alligator. To create this abomination was hard, i had to use the stamp tool with skill and dedication, and trying to erase around the teeth was time consuming but after i got the hang of it, "IT" got created. I would like if there were pre-selected photo of random animals to choose from because trying to find 2 animals that match in lighting and direction was difficult.

                                                         Gradient Fun
Using the gradient and shape tools are easy to use and understend. Trying to make 3D object with a gradient is fun and easy. i dont know if i would use this to create shapes but i would use the gradient tool on backgrounds and effects.

Parkour Farkour

All i can say about this is that is fun and creative to do this kind of images, i im glad that i learn to do this, the way to do this was, using the bleeding tool, the blur and the threshold tool . they were easy to use but time consuming, you know, trying to get the right colors and the image to bleed were you want it to and the blur to cover the whole image.

                                                    Colorful Sucker

This donkey was vandalized  and  ridiculed by me. here is were i used the warp tool to make the paint go around the contour of the body so it looks realistic and not flat, also this showed me the effects you can apply to layer like darken color and dissolve.i liked how he turned out and hope to use these skills in future projects.

Another Day at School
This project made me use all the skill i learned about photoshop to create a new reallity inside the frame. I really liked how it turned out, even if it took me for ever to coppy my hand back into the picture. I learned to crop and rearange photos in one another and how to make an object seem like its infront of another object.

Amphibious Delight

This is the combination of  of a pair of sissors and a series really bad ideas. In this tutorial i learned to use the stamp and magic wand tools. I feel pretty good about it but it doesnt feel realistic, but still its cool to look at.There was a lot of delicate asteps in the making of this and it tool some time but every thing else was pretty easy and fun to do.
